Is UrgentCrowd a substitute for medical advice?
No. UrgentCrowd is an informational triage tool. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
How do I delete my data?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete My Data." This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Do I need to provide my own API key?
No. The app works out of the box with a pre-configured enterprise key. The "Bring Your Own Key" option in Settings is entirely optional for advanced users.
What data does UrgentCrowd collect?
Only the data you provide: your Apple Sign-In ID, symptom descriptions, triage results, and any voluntary outcome feedback. We do not track you across apps, use ad networks, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does the community data work?
After a triage session, you can optionally report what happened (e.g., "went to urgent care"). These reports are anonymized and aggregated to show future users what others with similar symptoms experienced. Participation is entirely voluntary.
